Shipping Policy

Shipping:

All orders will require 3-5 working days to be delivered directly to the customers relying upon their pin codes and personal addresses. 

We’ve partnered with Delhivery as our trusted logistics partner. Once you’ve placed an order on our website, you will get an email from us that will encapsulate all important details of your order request.

Returns:

Mewa Mania is not liable to accept any returns or transfer refunds upon the successful completion of the order request by our delivery partner. 

Exchange:

Mewa Mania will acknowledge exchange bought through the site www.mewamania.com, depending upon the following conditions:

- Exchange requests will be engaged exclusively if the product received by the customer is spoiled or in expired condition. Refunds initiated will be in the form of store credit only. 

- Customers need to register a complaint with Mewa Mania for exchange of the product within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged/expired items, pictures of the product alongside the item number should be messaged to Mewa Mania at their email address - support@mewamania.com

- Exchange orders are to be sent back by the customer to the accompanying location:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can't cancel the order request and demand a refund, once the order has been effectively delivered and handled to the customers by delivery partners. Refund requests may be viewed as in the accompanying cases, and refunds will be categorized as store credit only:

- In the event that the buyer doesn't get the delivery of the arranged items in no less than 30 days assuming Mewa Mania neglects to send the requested items or services to the customers.

- In the event that the delivery area isn't adjusted or properly located by our delivery partner..

No refund requests will be engaged for damaged or expired products filed in the return list. 

Expired/damaged items will be exchanged according to our exchange strategy and terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of placing the order.

No refunds will be given in the accompanying cases:

  • Wrong or inadequate location provided by the customer
  • Non-accessibility of the address shared with delivery partners
  • Refusal to acknowledge purchased items
  • If the item or services have been delivered at the spot/to the individual customer by our delivery executives.
  • Force majeure event
  • On the off chance that the item has gone through any damage or modification by the customer
